In the era of widespread digitalization, understanding technology adoption behavior is a strategic issue for the Algerian tourism sector. This article is part of a process to enrich the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), by integrating two external variables adapted to the context of travel agencies' digital services, namely trust and satisfaction. A conceptual model was designed to assess how these two constructs affect TAM dimensions and, indirectly, the behavioral intent to adopt Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) . The empirical study was conducted with a sample of 315 customers of Algerian travel agencies and tested using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results highlight the central role of trust and satisfaction, together with the core TAM constructs, in shaping intentions to adopt ICTs. Beyond its theoretical contribution, this study proposes managerial implications for Algerian tourism professionals aiming to effectively implement their digital transition.
