This study aims to explore the nature of the relationship between time management skills and occupational stress experienced by employees at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences, University of Blida 2. To achieve this objective, the study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 30 individuals, and the collected data were processed and analyzed using JASP software. The study concluded that there is no statistically significant relationship between time management and the dimensions of occupational stress (role overload, role conflict, role ambiguity, and work environment) within the faculty under study. This result can be interpreted by the fact that time management is a consistent skill among employees, enabling them to overcome the impact of professional pressures, the intensity of which varies across different administrative departments.
