Human Resource Management In The Era Of Cloud Computing: Importance, Practices, Challenges, And International Experiences

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the role of cloud computing in developing human resource management within contemporary organizations by highlighting its importance, practices, and the challenges associated with its implementation. The results show that cloud computing enhances the efficiency of HR management by improving data management, supporting decision-making, strengthening collaboration, and reducing costs. It also contributes to automating recruitment processes, accelerating candidate selection, and improving performance appraisal through real-time data and advanced analytics. Despite these benefits, adoption faces technical, organizational, and security challenges, which necessitates clear strategies, enhanced data security. and continuous training to ensure sustainable use.
