This article aims to highlight the vital role of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in supporting financial decision-making and improving administrative efficiency within institutions. It focuses on how Al tools such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and intelligent automation can enhance decision accuracy, detect fraud, and manage investment portfolios, in addition to streamlining routine administrative tasks. The study also addresses the ethical challenges associated with Al use, including issues of privacy and algorithmic bias. The findings indicate that Al effectively improves institutional performance, provided a balanced governance framework is adopted-one that combines technical capabilities with human oversight to ensure transparency. The study recommends investing in digital infrastructure, developing ethical policies, and training human capital to ensure the responsible use of these technologies
