Abstract

This study aims to develop a conceptual understanding of various approaches, including classical approaches (the resource-based approach) and modern approaches (the knowledge-based approach and the information technology-based approach). It also emphasizes the use of computer technology, which can undoubtedly be a significant aid in daily activities, reducing the impact and pressures resulting from routine tasks. additionally, it focuses on leveraging available knowledge accumulation and utilizing and sharing knowledge with other employees in the organization to activate and enhance knowledge sharing within the institution.
