المخطوطات ودورُ الذّكاء الاصطناعي في إعادة بناء عناصر الثّقافة الوطنية

الملخص

الملخص تُحاول هذه المداخلة توضيحَ أهمية المخطوطات والعناية بها، باعتبارها تحمل خصوصيّات الأمّة، وتعبّر عن هويّتها وأصالتها، ولها دورها في الحفاظ على الهوية الثّقافية، وتعزيز الارتباط بالتّاريخ والحضارة، وقد بذل الجزائريّون جهودا جبّارة في خدمة تراثهم الوطنيّ، ولم يدّخروا جهدا في التّحقيق والتّدقيق والبحث، متنقّلين من مكتبة إلى أخرى، ومن مدينةٍ إلى أخرى، ومن بلدٍ إلى آخر، في رحلةٍ طويلة وبحث دؤوب، من أجل الوصول إلى أكبر عددٍ ممكن من المعلومات، حول هذا التّراث الثّمين، كما لم يُقصّروا في الكتابة والنّشر والتّدقيق، يهدفون في ذلك إلى إعادة تركيب عناصر الثّقافة المحلّية، والحفاظ على معارف أجدادهم، واسترجاع ذاكرتهم الثّقافية، التي كان لها حضورها في التّاريخ، وعادة ما سار عمل هؤلاء بانخراط جلّ الباحثين في عملية تأصيلٍ لكلّ ما هو جزائريّ، في مكتبات البلاد وخارجها، في العالم العربي وفي إفريقيا وفي أروبا وآسيا، التي تحوي عددا مهمّا من هذه المخطوطات، كما تتناول هذه المداخلة أيضا مسألة أخرى ذات أهمية بالغة، تتعلّق بالدّور الهام الذي يجب أن تقوم به، في أيّامنا هذه، الرقمنة والذّكاء الاصطناعي في الحفاظ على المخطوطات الجزائرية، والاستفادة من مختلف التّقنيات والتّطبيقات المتوفّرة، وذلك بتمكين التّعرفّ عليها وقراءة حروفها وكلماتها، قراءة دقيقة لا يشوبها نقصٌ، والمساهمة في إكمال الأجزاء الضائعة منها أو الصفحات التي لحقها التّلف، ومن شأن هذا العمل الجليل أن يكون بإشراف مؤسّسات ومراكز بحث وطنية، أو بالشراكة مع أخرى أجنبية، حتّى لا يظلّ التّراث المخطوط بعيدا عن أيدي الباحثين الجزائريّين، وتسهيل العناية بكلّ ما يُعدّ جزائريا وعربيا، خدمة للأمّة ولتاريخها الثّقافي، وتوثيق صلة الأجيال القادمة بعناصر تكوينهم العلمي والفكري والأدبي ولتاريخ أمّتهم المجيد . المخطوط/ الجزائر/ التّحقيق/ الرقمنة/ الذّكاء الاصطناعي Abstract This intervention attempts to clarify the importance of manuscripts and their preservation, considering them as embodiments of the nation's unique characteristics, expressions of its identity and authenticity, and play a vital role in safeguarding cultural identity and strengthening the connection to history and civilization. Algerians have exerted a great efforts in serving their national heritage, sparing no effort in investigation, verification, and research, moving from library to library, city to city, and country to country in a long and tireless journey to gather as much information as possible about this precious heritage. They have also been prolific in writing, publishing, and editing, aiming to reconstruct the elements of local culture, preserve the knowledge of their ancestors, and revive their cultural memory, which has had a significant presence in history. This work has typically involved the participation of most researchers in the process of documenting everything Algerian in libraries both within the country and abroad, in the Arab world, Africa, Europe, and Asia, which contain a significant number of manuscripts. This intervention also addresses another issue of great importance, which relates to the important role that digitalization and artificial intelligence should play in our time in preserving Algerian manuscripts, and benefiting from the various available technologies and applications, by enabling their identification and reading of their letters and words, an accurate reading without any deficiency, and contributing to completing the missing parts of them or the pages that have been damaged. This great work should be done under the supervision of national institutions and research centers, or in partnership with foreign ones, so that the manuscript heritage does not remain far from the hands of Algerian researchers, and to facilitate the care of everything that is considered Algerian and Arab, in service to the nation and its cultural history, and to document the connection of future generations with the elements of their scientific, intellectual and literary formation and with the glorious history of their nation.
