آلية التعليم الهجين في مؤسسات التعليم العالي The Mechanism Of Hybrid Education In Higher Education Institutions

الملخص

استهدفت ورقتنا البحثية إعداد تصوّر حول آلية التعليم الهجين بالمؤسسات الجامعية بتسليط الضوء على هذا النظام الذي تبنته وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في ظروف استثنائية فرضتها جائحة كورونا، والذي شكّل أهم نظام اعتمدته الجامعات، وأهم القرارات والإجراءات التي اتخذتها بعد تعليق الدراسة لإتمام الموسم الجامعي، لتضع منصات إلكترونية عبر مواقعها الرسمية يلج عبرها الطلبة والأساتذة. ومنه، ارتأينا توزيع هذه الدراسة إلى عدة عناصر مهمة تناولت مفهوم التعليم الهجين، الوقوف عند أهم خصائصه ومميزاته، ثم ذكر الأهداف والدوافع التي تبنتها الجامعات لاستخدام هذا النوع من التعليم، كما تناولنا معوقاته وسلبياته، وأخيرا عرضنا أبرز الصعوبات والتحديات التي عرقلت سيره بمؤسسات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي. This study aims at shedding light and developing a vision about hybrid education system in universities. This type has been adopted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research under the COVID-19 pandemic exceptional circumstances. Hybrid education appeared as a significant system adopted by universities and among the crucial decisions and measures taken after the suspension of studies to complete the academic year. This led to the establishment of electronic platforms on the official websites for students and professors to access. Therefore, this study is divided into several important elements: covering the concept of hybrid education, examining its important characteristics and features, mentioning the objectives and motivations that universities adopted for using this type of education system, addressing its obstacles and drawbacks, and finally, presenting the prominent difficulties and challenges that hindered its progress in institutions of higher education and scientific research.
