Abstract
This research aims to stand on the actual procedures that were implemented in the algerian university and the egyptian university , through the legal regulations on the one hand , and through the human and material reality devoted to the application of the hybrid system, with an analysis of the opinions of the elite in the two countries and their evaluation of this systm, with a realistic assessment of the success of this system, and the possibility of applying in the future, or amending it, or compensating for the shortcomings that accompanied the application of this system in light of the corona pandemic. الملخص باللغة العربية: يهدف هذا البحث الوقوف على الإجراءات الفعلية التي تم تنفيذها في الجامعة الجزائرية والجامعة المصرية، من خلال الأرمادة القانونية من جهة، ومن خلال الواقع البشري والمادي المسخر لتطبيق النظام الهجين، مع تحليل أراء النخبة في البلدين وتقييمها لهذا النظام ، مع تقييم واقعي لنجاح هذا النظام، وامكانية تطبيقه مستقبلا، أو تعديله ، أو تعويض النقائص التي رافقت تطبيق هذا النظام في ظل جائحة كورونا .
