Legal Frameworks For Combating Cybercrime In Light Of Algerian Legislation

Abstract
Cybercrime is considered one of the most significant emerging crimes, potentially causing far greater damage than traditional crimes. This has prompted many countries to expedite the development of legislative solutions to curb this phenomenon. Cybercrime continues to spread rapidly due to the tremendous development in information and communication technologies worldwide. Therefore, this research paper used a descriptive-analytical approach to address the topic of cybercrime, its main characteristics, its most prominent forms and the legal mechanisms for combating it. تعتبر الجريمة السيبرانية من أهم الجرائم المستحدثة التي قد تحدث أضرارا كبيرة تفوق في حدتها تلك الناتجة عن الجرائم التقليدية، مما دفع بالعديد من الدول إلى الإسراع في إيجاد حلول تشريعية للحد من هذه الظاهرة التي لا تزال تنتشر بسرعة نظرا للتطور الهائل في مجال تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال في كافة أنحاء العالم، وقد تم في هذه الورقة البحثية المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمعالجة موضوع الجريمة السيبرانية وأهم خصائصها وكذا أهم أشكالها والاليات القانونية للحد منها .
