الملخص
تهدف السياسة الجزائية الى مجابهة الجرائم المستحدثة التي أفرزها التطور الحاصل في شتى مجالات الحياة و من بينها الجرائم الإلكترونية و التي هي نتاج الإستخدام غير المشروع للمنظومات المعلوماتية و تكنولوجيات الاعلام و الاتصال مرتكزة في ذلك على مبدأ التخصص القضائي، فلضمان فعالية مكافحتها و التصدي لها، تم إنشاء قطب جزائي متخصص في هذا النوع من الجرائم سمي بالقطب الوطني الجزائي لمكافحة الجرائم المتصلة بتكنولوجيات الاعلام و الاتصال،و الذي اسند إليه المشرع مهمة المتابعة والتحقيق وكذا الحكم في بعض جرائم الالكترونية المنصوص عليها ضمن أحكامه و كذا في الجرائم المرتبطة بها. Abstract: Penal policy aims to confront new crimes that have resulted from the development taking place in various areas of life, including Cybercrimes, which are the result of the illegal use of information systems and media and communication technologies, based on the principle of judicial specialization, to ensure the effectiveness of combating and confronting them. A penal pole specializing in this type of crime was established, called the National Penal Pole, to combat crimes related to media and communication technologies, to which the legislator assigned the task of monitoring, investigating, and adjudicating some of the Cybercrimes stipulated in its provisions, as well as the crimes related to them
