الملخص
تعد مدينة وهران من المدن العالمة بالجزائر، فمنذ انبعاثها من مرقدها على يد العرب الأندلسيين الذين ظاهرتهم سلطة قبيلة مغراوة الزناتية، والمدينة ولود علميا ومزدهرة تجاريا، وبلغت ألقها الكبير في القرن التاسع الهجري مع صلحاء وعلماء كثر منهم محمد بن عمر الهواري وإبراهيم التازي، والإمام أحمد أبو العباس بن أبي منديل. قبل أن تنكب بالاحتلال الإسباني. يهدف البحث إلى التعريف ببن أبي منديل الوهراني، ونشأته ومكانته الأدبية وآثاره العلمية، ويفحص الحاضنة الفكرية التي أخرجته، من خلال استعمال المنهجين الوصفي والتاريخي واستثمار المصادر المتوفرة، والتي لا تفي كثيرا ببناء ذاكرة كاملة عنه، وقد خلص البحث إلى بيان القيمة العالية للرجل في علوم الكلام والنحو، وريادته في شرح عقيدة ابن الحاجب المالكي، وإلى المساهمة البينة لوهران في الحياة الثقافية الجزائرية. الكلمات المفتاحية: ابن أبي منديل الوهراني، ابن الحاجب، وهران، الأشعرية. Ibn Abi Mandil al-Wahrani: His Life and Scholarly Contributions Professor Mohammed Abdelhalim BICHI, Qatar University Abstract: Oran is one of the scholarly cities in Algeria. Since its revival by the Andalusian Arabs, supported by the authority of the Maghrawa Zenata tribe, the city has been a cradle of knowledge and a hub of commercial prosperity. It reached its intellectual peak in the 9th century AH, with the presence of many righteous scholars such as Muhammad bin Umar Al-Hawwari, Ibrahim Al-Tazi, and Imam Ahmad Abu Al-Abbas bin Abi Mandil, before suffering under Spanish occupation. This research aims to introduce Ibn Abi Mandil Al-Wahrani, his upbringing, literary status, and scholarly contributions. It also examines the intellectual environment that shaped him, using descriptive and historical methodologies and drawing from available sources—which, however, fall short of constructing a complete memory of him. The study concludes by highlighting the man's significant value in the sciences of theology and grammar, his pioneering role in explaining the creed of Ibn Al-Hajib Al-Maliki, and the clear contribution of Oran to Algeria’s cultural life.
