الملخص
الملخص: تعد علوم أصول الدين والعقائد والعلوم الخادمة لها كالمنطق والنحو والبلاغة من الحقول التي برع فيها الجزائريون، منذ استقر الأمر لمذهب أهل السنة والجماعة فيها، حيث لمعت أسماء كثيرة تمدد ظلها على المغارب الأخرى وعلى بلاد الساحل الإفريقي، بل وصارت مدوناتهم مضرب المثل في التحرير والتقرير. وخاصة بعد هيمنة المدرسة السنوسية على غيرها. حيث كانت المؤلفات العقدية بعدها تحذو على منوالها. ومن هذه المؤلفات المتأخرة متن الرجز الكفيل بذكر عقائد أهل الدليل للقاضي شعيب الجليلي التلمساني. تتركز إشكالية البحث في التعريف بمتن الرجز الكفيل بذكر عقائد أهل الدليل، وبيان مصادره وجديده وقضاياه، وصور الاستدلال فيه، ومقارنة الإبرازات المتعلقة بإخراجه، ومعرفة من اهتم بشرحه. وقد اعتمد البحث بالأصالة المنهج الوصفي التاريخي في تتبع الحياة العلمية للقاضي شعيب، ثم المنهج التحليلي في التعريف برجزه العقدي وقضاياه ومصادره، ثم المنهج النقدي في تحقيق الرجز وإخراجه. ويهدف البحث إلى التعريف بالرجز العقدي للقاضي شعيب، وبيان استمرار الأقلام الجزائرية في المنهج السنوسي. ومد المكتبة الإسلامية العقدية بمتن علمي حاز بعض الاهتمام في الأقطار المغاربية. وقد خلص البحث إلى إخراج النص الأخير لهذا الرجز العقدي، ووقف على بعض مخطوطاته، وشروحه. مبينا عن استجابة ثقافية أبدتها الأقلام الجزائرية في مواجهة الماكينة الفرنسية الاستعمارية الفرنسية الجارفة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الرجز الكفيل، القاضي شعيب، السنوسية، الأشعرية. Abstract:The sciences of the principles of religion, theology, and their auxiliary disciplines, such as logic, grammar, and rhetoric, are among the fields in which Algerians have excelled. Since the consolidation of the Sunni doctrine in the region, numerous prominent figures have emerged, leaving a lasting impact on the Maghreb and the African Sahel. Their writings became exemplary models of precision and clarity, especially after the dominance of the Sanusi school, which set the standard for subsequent theological works. One of these later works is the poem Al-Rajz Al-Kafeel bi Dhikr Aqa'id Ahl Al-Daleel by Judge Shuaib Al-Jilili Al-Tilmisani. This research addresses the key questions surrounding the poem: its sources, unique contributions, issues, and methods of reasoning. It also compares different versions of its publication and identifies those who have explained or commented on it. The study primarily adopts a historical descriptive approach to trace the scholarly life of Judge Shuaib. It then employs an analytical method to examine the theological content, sources, and issues of the poem, followed by a critical approach to authenticate and publish the text. The research aims to introduce Judge Shuaib's theological poem, demonstrate the continuation of Algerian scholarship in the Sanusi tradition, and enrich the Islamic theological library with a scholarly text that has garnered attention in the Maghreb. The study concludes with the publication of the final version of this theological poem, an exploration of some of its manuscripts, and its commentaries. It also highlights the cultural response of Algerian scholars in confronting the sweeping machinery of French colonialism. Keywords: Al-Rajz Al-Kafeel, Judge Shuaib, Al-Sanusiya, Al-Ash'ariyya.
