الملخص
يتناول البحث التعريف بحياة محمد بن عبد المؤمن الجزائريّ، الذي تشحّ المصادر عن إيراد أخباره وآثاره إلّا نتفا قليلة، وكذا إخراج أرجوزته في العقائد والعبادات والتعريج على منهجها ومضامينها. وكذا التّعريف بالحياة الثّقافية بالجزائر في القرن الحادي عشر الهجري، وموارد التّعليم، ومظاهر الإنتاج العلمي. وتتمحور إشكاليّته حول التّأريخ والوصف لحياة محمد بن عبد المؤمن، والكشف عن مصادر تكوينه، وأثره العلميّ والأدبيّ، معتمدين المنهجين الوصفي التّاريخي بتتبّع أخبار الرّجل، ووضعها في سياقها الزّمنيّ والثقافيّ في الجزائر العاصمة في حياته، والمنهج التّحليلي في قراءة أرجوزته، وبيان جديدها ومميّزاتها، وإضافاتها العلميّة. وخلصنا إلى غناء الحياة العلمية في العاصمة، وتعدّد مراكزها العلمية، وكونها مقصدا لطلبة العلم من القطر الجزائري ومن المغرب الأقصى، وبروز قامات علمية تركت أثرها فيها وفي المشرق الإسلامي. Muhammad ibn ʿAbd al-Muʾmin al Jazāʾirī and His Didactic Poem on Creed and Worship Dr. Mohammad Abd al-Halim Bichi – Qatar University Abstract:This study introduces the life of Muhammad ibn ʿAbd al Muʾmin al Jazāʾirī, about whom historical sources offer only scant and scattered information. It also presents an edited version of his didactic poem (urjūzah) on creedal and devotional matters, along with an examination of its methodology and thematic content. In addition, the research sheds light on the cultural and scholarly environment in Algeria during the 11th century AH, particularly the educational institutions and the manifestations of intellectual and scientific production. The central problem of the study revolves around reconstructing and describing the life of Muhammad ibn ʿAbd al Muʾmin, identifying the intellectual influences that shaped his formation, and assessing his scholarly and literary contributions. The research adopts the descriptive historical method by tracing available accounts about the scholar and situating them within their temporal and cultural context in Ottoman era Algiers. It further employs the analytical method in examining his didactic poem, highlighting its novelties, distinctive features, and scholarly additions. The study concludes that Algiers enjoyed a flourishing scholarly life, supported by multiple educational centers that attracted students from across Algeria and the wider Maghrib. It also demonstrates the emergence of prominent scholars whose influence extended both locally and across the broader Islamic world.
