Moutoune is an international, trimestrial, peer-reviewed journal that publishes research in the field of social sciences and humanities, branching of into subfields of knowledge that converge in the human dimension as a common element. Issued by the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities: University of Dr. Moulay Taher, Saida, Algeria, whose first issue was published in 2008, and the journal was included in the Algerian Scientific Journals Platform in 2017, the journal publishes research free of charge in three Languages. : Arabic, French, and English , access to the journal is open
