Abstract
The main objective of This study is to identify the reality of subcontracting in southern Algeria through an applied study for Naftal Adrar in the field of petroleum products distribution, considering the subcontracting strategy of the latest aspects of cooperation to develop the activity of small and medium enterprises by identifying the role of handling in the development of these enterprises activity. subcontracting contracts in the distribution of petroleum products in Naftal allowed SMEs specialized in the field of distribution, which benefited from contracts within the framework of the relationship between Naftal Company and the National Land Transport Company Agefal branch to develop its capabilities and allowed Naftal Company to exceed Distribution of petroleum products.
