POIDEX Journal is an international bi-annual and free of charge, published by the Industrial Policy and Development of External Exchange laboratory, faculty of Economic and Commercial and Management Sciences - Abdelhamid Ben Badis University – Mostaganem, Algeria.

POIDEX Journal carries original and full-length articles that reflect the latest research and developments in practical aspects of economics, management, and human behaviors.

POIDEX Journal is published biannually, with issues released in June and December each year. This regular publication schedule ensures timely dissemination of cutting-edge research.

POIDEX Journal is published exclusively in online format, and the full text of all articles can be accessed, read, and downloaded free of charge immediately upon publication

Publishing Fees: POIDEX Journal operates under the Diamond Open Access (OA) model and does not charge any fees at any stage of the publication process. The journal is supported by institutional funding and academic partnerships.

Authors are not required to pay any fees for submission, peer review, processing, or publication of their manuscripts

Peer Review policy:

All submissions to POIDEX Journal undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic relevance of the published work.

Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. The review process is designed to provide constructive and objective feedback to authors.

The peer review process includes the following stages:

Initial editorial screening for scope, quality, and compliance with journal guidelines
Plagiarism screening using appropriate detection tools
Assignment of the manuscript to at least two independent reviewers
Double-blind evaluation, where the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed
Final editorial decision based on reviewers’ reports and recommendations
