Abstract
This study aimed to identify the contribution of discretionary management of operations and skills in achieving creativity in the organization, case study of the hospital in El Abyad, Sidi Sheikh El Shaheed “Djermani Mohamed”, to answer the study questions and hypotheses, we used the descriptive approach, the interview was used as a tool to collect data with some of the institution’s specialized officials. One of the most important results reached is that the discretionary management of employment and skills contributes to achieving creativity in the institution under study through skills-based training, and this was confirmed by the majority of the individuals surveyed, as for the variables of wages and motivation, it has become clear that there is no interest in them for the sake of innovation and the presentation of creative ideas, but rather they are presented only for carrying out the tasks assigned to them.
