الملخص
يعتبر الشباب الجزائري قوة ديموغرافية أساسية للتغيير الاجتماعي، ولكنه يواجه تحديات جمة في سوق العمل الرسمي، حيث يلجأ هؤلاء إلى القطاع غير الرسمي، كالباعة المتجولين في أحياء مدينة وهران، كوسيلة أخيرة للتخلص من البطالة طويلة المدى وتأمين معيشتهم اليومية، وذلك بسبب غياب فرص العمل اللائق في القطاع الرسمي. مما أدى إلى لجوء العديد منهم إلى القطاع غير الرسمي لمواجهة البطالة وتوفير قوتهم اليومي. تناقش الدراسة هذه "الواقع الاجتماعي الجديد"، وتحاول فهم ديناميكية الإقصاء الاجتماعي والهشاشة التي يعيشها هؤلاء الشباب، وقدرتهم على ابتكار استراتيجيات للاندماج البديل، متسائلة عما إذا كان هذا العمل يمثل إعادة بناء للواقع أم استمراراً للإقصاء والتهميش. Algerian youth are considered a key demographic force for social change, but they face numerous challenges in the formal labor market. As a last resort to escape long-term unemployment and secure their daily sustenance, many turn to the informal sector, such as street vending in the neighborhoods of Oran, due to the lack of decent job opportunities in the formal sector. This has led many to seek employment in the informal sector to cope with unemployment and provide for their daily needs. This study examines this "new social reality," attempting to understand the dynamics of social exclusion and vulnerability experienced by these young people, and their ability to develop alternative integration strategies. It questions whether this work represents a reconstruction of reality or a perpetuation of exclusion and marginalization.
