Digitalization Of The Investment Sector

Abstract
This study examines the digitalization of the investment sector in Algeria under Law No. 22-18, considering it a strategic mechanism for modernizing the business environment and enhancing the attractiveness of the investment climate. The research further analyzes the platform’s core objectives, namely ensuring equal opportunities, accelerating file processing, and attracting foreign direct investment. It also evaluates its practical implementation through indicators related to electronic registration and digital submission. Conversely, the study discusses the main technical, organizational, human, and cybersecurity challenges that continue to hinder its full operational effectiveness.
