الملخص
The article in our hands shows, through study and analysis, the methods that must be followed to ensure better progress for charitable associations in Algeria and provides a brief guide to charitable contributions in spreading the culture of self-employment. By relying on the descriptive approach, we were able to limit a group of results that can be achieved within the community work, the most important of which is encouraging individuals to start self-employment and always believing in the importance of associations within society, while shedding light on issues hidden from the eyes of officials.
