Environmental Care Ethics And Its Role In Promoting Sustainable Development

Abstract
This study examines the relationship between environmental care ethics and sustainable development through literature review. The research demonstrates that environmental ethics provides a foundational framework for sustainability, recognizing the environment as essential for life through clean water, air quality, soil fertility, and biodiversity conservation. The findings confirm that environmental care ethics represents a fundamental culture for achieving a sustainable future and addressing contemporary environmental challenges. Three main recommendations emerge: promoting sustainable environmental behavior through awareness programs, integrating environmental ethics into educational curricula, and developing environmental policies based on ethical foundations.
