Authors : Betgha Sonia . Eldjerbi Ahmed .

Abstract

This study examines Silicon Valley, Singapore, and Arab innovation frameworks to determine how AI affects intelligent enterprises. The study structurally analyzes Silicon Valley's capital and talent cycle, Singapore's political leadership and digital infrastructure, and the Arab region's investment-driven strategic transformations. AI is needed for rapid experimentation, efficiency, and localized issues like finance, digital health, and Arabic language processing. Flexible funding, skilled labor, and good data governance work best, says the analysis. Public-private collaborations, digital education and skills, and integrative regulatory frameworks that balance innovation and security are recommended in the report. These regulations will help Arab startups compete globally in the digital economy
