The Impact Of Moodle Platform Adoption On Professor Difficulties Under Directive Digitazation Plan Context - A Field Study At M'sila University-

Abstract

The study investigates the impact of integrating Moodle within the Strategic Directive Plan for Digitization the university of M'Sila, focusing on its influence on teaching practices, learning outcomes, and challenges faced by professors. A questionnaire targeting 55 professors from the faculty of economics. data analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM methodology with Smart-PLS4. The findings revealed significant effects of Moodle adoption on professors' and students' difficulties. However, the study found no significant impact of Moodle application on infrastructure-related difficulties. Recommendations were proposed to enhance Moodle adoption and address challenges
