Abstract

تعالج الدراسة اشكالية المدن الذكية كاستراتيجية للتنمية المستدامة في الوطن العربي من خلال مدينة مبتكرة تستخدم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وغيرها من الوسائل لتحسين جودة الحياة، وتلبي في الوقت ذاته احتياجات الأجيال الحالية والقادمة بالاعتماد على الأبعاد الرئيسية للمدينة الذكية. تهدف الدراسة الى تقديم حلول ذكية يمكن أن تساعد في تحقيق تنمية المدن العربية والحفاظ على استدامتها. توصلت الدراسة الى توفير دليلاً توجيهياً عن كيفية تسخير الحلول الرقمية الذكية والتكنولوجيات المستقبلية في السياق الحضري للمنطقة العربية للتطور من خلال توفير أحدث البيانات الإحصائية وتحليلات الحالة في البلدان العربية. The study addresses the problem of smart cities as a strategy for sustainable development in the Arab world through an innovative city that uses information and communications technology and other means to improve the quality of life, and at the same time meets the needs of current and future generations based on the main dimensions of the smart city. The study aims to provide smart solutions that can help achieve the development of Arab cities and maintain their sustainability. The study concluded by providing a guideline on how to harness smart digital solutions and future technologies in the urban context of the Arab region for development by providing the latest statistical data and situation analyzes in Arab countries
