تطبيق مبادئ إدارة المعرفة ودورها في تنمية البحث العلمي

الملخص
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تطبيق المؤسسة الجامعية لمبادئ إدارة المعرفة ومساهمة ذلك في تنمية البحث العلمي، من خلال معرفة مدى تطبيق المؤسسة الجامعية مبادئ إدارة المعرفة في تنمية البحث العلمي ومدى توفيرها الإمكانات المادية والمعنوية اللازمة لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة لتنمية البحث العلمي ومدى تقديم تسهيلات للأساتذة لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة. ومن أجل ذلك أجريت الدراسة الميدانية على عينة مكونة من (100) أستاذ جامعي ينتمون إلى جامعة محمد لمين دباغين سطيف2 من مختلف الكليات والأقسام، مستعملين المنهج الوصفي والاستمارة كأداة لجمع البيانات؛ وبعد عرض وتحليل بيانات الدراسة الميدانية، ومناقشتها في ضوء الفرضيات توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى: - أن الأساتذة الباحثين يطبقون كثيرا مبادئ إدارة المعرفة في تنمية البحث في المؤسسة الجامعة. - وأن المؤسسة الجامعية لا توفر الإمكانات اللازمة لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة لتنمية البحث العلمي في المؤسسة الجامعة. - وأن المؤسسة الجامعية توفير نوعا ما الإمكانات المادية والمعنوية لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة. وبالتالي: المؤسسة الجامعية تطبق نوعا ما مبادئ إدارة المعرفة لتنمية البحث العلمي. This study aims to examine the extent to which the university institution applies knowledge management principles and how this contributes to the development of scientific research. It seeks to assess the degree to which knowledge management principles are implemented to support research, the availability of the necessary material and moral resources for this implementation, and the extent to which facilities are provided to professors for applying knowledge management practices. To achieve this, a field study was conducted on a sample of 100 university professors from various faculties and departments at Mohamed Lamine Debaghine University of Serif 2. The study employed a descriptive approach, using a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. After presenting and analyzing the data and discussing the results in light of the hypotheses, the study reached the following conclusions: - Research professors frequently apply knowledge management principles to support scientific research within the university. -The university does not provide sufficient resources for the effective implementation of knowledge management in scientific research. - The university provides limited material and moral resources for the application of knowledge management. Therefore, the university applies knowledge management principles to a moderate extent in the development of scientific research.
