دور إدارة المعرفة في الجودة التعليمية

الملخص
نستشرف من خلال طرح هذه الورقة البحثية تبيان دور إدارة المعرفة في جودة التعليم كمخرج من مخرجات العملية التعليمية، كما نحاول تبيان العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة كمفهوم إداري حديث النشأة، وجودة التعليم أيضا. كمفهوم ذو توجه إداري استراتيجي. حيث أصبح أولوية، وبرنامج مخطط له من جميع المنظمات. كما تعتبر اليوم الجودة المطلب الأساسي. وهدف اسما لابد منه من اجل التميز والبقاء، وفرض المكانة في ضل ما يعرف بالتنافسية، ونجد اليوم جل المؤسسات التعليمية تطمح إلى تحسين، وتجويد مخرجاتها التعليمية بواسطة كل ما تملكه من وسائل مادية وفكرية ومعنوية، وكذا التكنولوجية، والتي أصبح اليوم في علم الإدارة يطلق عليها اسم الإمكانات المعرفية. Through presenting this research paper, we seek to clarify the role of knowledge management in the quality of education as an outcome of the educational process. We also attempt to clarify the relationship between knowledge management as a newly emerging administrative concept, and the quality of education as a concept with a strategic administrative orientation. It has become a priority and a planned program for all organizations. Today, quality is considered a fundamental requirement and an indispensable goal for excellence, survival, and establishing a position in the context of what is known as competitiveness. Today, we find most educational institutions aspire to improve and enhance their educational outcomes using all the material, intellectual, moral, and technological resources they possess, which in management science is now known as cognitive capabilities.
