This study aims to explore and analyze the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in enhancing Human Resource Management (HRM) functions on a global level, with a focus on key objectives and practical applications. The descriptive-analytical method was adopted, relying on statistical data issued by organizations such as SHRM, BCG, and HR Policy Association during the year 2024. The results revealed that 87% of HR professionals consider improving efficiency and reducing manual workload to be the most important goal of adopting AI, followed by personalizing employee experiences (49%) and enhancing accuracy and impartiality (39%). The data also showed that the most common areas of AI application are recruitment (64%), followed by training and development (43%), while its use in termination and promotion decisions remains limited. Additionally, it was found that AI is widely used in creating job descriptions (65%) and providing personalized performance feedback (57%). Considering these findings, the study recommends enhancing the use of AI in bias analysis and performance evaluation, alongside establishing legal and ethical frameworks to protect data and maintain human involvement in sensitive decision-making.
