إدارة الأرياف في الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني: وطن بني موسى بدار السلطان أنموذجًا

الملخص
ملخص: يعد وطن بني موسى أحد أهم أوطان دار السلطان، بسبب قربه من مدينة الجزائر مقرالإدارة المركزية، فهو يقع في ضواحيها بين المدينة و وادي الحراش، حيث شهد هذا الوطن الكثير من الأحداث التاريخية، منها على الخصوص حملة شارلكان عام 1541م، وحملة أوريلي عام 1775م، كما يعد أيضا أحد أهم المناطق الممولة لمدينة الجزائر بالمواد الفلاحية المختلفة. وقد تم التعرف من خلال هذا البحث على الإطار الجغرافي للوطن، وجانبا من الأحداث التاريخية له مع التركيز على الفترة العثمانية، بالإضافة إلى الجوانب الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، وذلك باستغلال الأرشيف الموجود بمؤسسة الأرشيف الوطني الجزائري، من خلال تحليل المعطيات الموجودة خصوصا في عقود المحاكم الشرعية. Abstract : Beni Moussa District is considered one of the most important districts of Dar al-Sultan due to its proximity to the city of Algiers, the seat of the central administration. It is located in the outskirts between the city and the Harrach River, and has witnessed numerous historical events, most notably the Charles V expedition in 1541 and the O’Reilly expedition in 1775. The district was also one of the principal suppliers of various agricultural products to the city of Algiers. This study identified the geographical framework of the district and examined aspects of its historical events, with a particular focus on the Ottoman period, in addition to exploring its social and economic dimensions. The research relied on archival materials preserved at the Algerian National Archives, through the analysis of available data, especially those contained in the records of the Sharia courts
