Review of Historical Studies is a annual scientific and open-access Journal issued by the faculty of Human sciences - University of Algiers 2-. The Journal aims to contribute in developing knowledge in both human and Social field of research by publishing original research results of international and local researchers, it also aims at publishing works presented by researchers in the seminars and forums organized by the the Department of History, University of Algiers 2. The main objectif, then, is, also, to open space for exchanging ideas between researchers from all countries. Publishing in the Journal is open to researchers and academics in the field of History. Articles should be submitted through or via the Algerian Scientific Journal Platform (ASJP), and written either in arabic, English or French. Articles will be accepted after being evaluated by two anonymous reviewers. The editorial committee of the Journal is composed by associate editors (Professors in various fields of Human and Social Sciences) from all over the world.

الملخص: شكل يهود المغرب مكوّناً رئيسيّاً من مكوِّنات المجتمع المغرب منذ استقراهم في البلاد خلال فترات سابقة للميلاد، بحيث اندمجوا سريعاً مع الساكنة المحلية، وانخرطوا معها في بناء الحياة السوسيوثقافية، وتنشيط الحقول الاقتصادية، وأسهموا جنباً إلى جنب في رسم المعالم السياسية والدبلوماسية للبلاد منذ القرنين الخامس عشر والسادس عشر الميلاديين على وجه الخصوص. ولأجل ضمان الأمن والحرّية لليهود في ممارسة شعائرهم الدينية وأنشطتهم الاقتصادية عموماً بادر السلاطين المغاربة إلى تشييد حيّ خاص بهم عُرف في الأوساط المغربية باسم «الملّاح». سوف لن نحاول في هذه الدراسة الحديث عن تاريخ تشييد «الملّاح» والدوافع التي كانت من وراء ذلك، وإنما سنركز الكلام بالأساس على الصورة التي رسمتها المصادر الإنجليزية عن هذا الحيّ اليهودي خلال فترة ما قبل الحماية الفرنسية.

الملخص: الملخص: نعالج في هذه الدراسة موضوع بعنوان" سياسة الانفتاح ودورها في تحسين العلاقات المغربية الجزائرية في عهد المولى محمد الثالث (1757- 1790)"، وقد حاولنا في هذه الورقة البحثية التعرف على سياسة الإنفتاح على العالم التي طبقها المولى محمد بن عبد الله في النصف الثاني من القرن الثامن عشر ميلادي ودورها في ربط العلاقات المغربية الجزائرية من جديد والعمل على تطوير الجانب الدبلوماسي مع الداي محمد بن عثمان باشا الذي كان يحكم إيالة الجزائر في تلك الفترة، ومن هذا المنطلق فقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتكشف الغموض عن بعض الحقائق التاريخية التي تدخل ضمن التاريخ السياسي الدبلوماسي بين القطريين الشقيقين المغرب والجزائر، وهذا ما سوف نتطرق إليه في عناصر هذه الورقة البحثية. Abstract: In this study, we address the topic entitled "The policy of openness and its role in improving Moroccan-Algerian relations during the reign of Mullah Mohammed III (1757-1790)", and in this paper we have tried to identify the policy of openness to the world applied by Mullah Mohamed Ben Abdallah in the second half of the eighteenth century AD and its role in reconnecting Moroccan-Algerian relations and working to develop the diplomatic aspect with the Dey Mohamed Ben Othman Pasha, who ruled the Eyala of Algeria in that regard. From this point of view, this study came to reveal the mystery of some historical facts that fall within the political and diplomatic history between the brotherly Qataris Morocco and Algeria, and this is what we will address in the elements of this research paper.
