الملخص
ملخص: اللّغة العربيّة لغة رسمية في دساتير الدّول العربية من استقلالها إلى الآن، ولا عجب فقد عرفتها بلادنا منذ فجر الإسلام، فتعرّب أهلها طواعية بلا إكراه، وارتضوها لغة علم ودين، كما ارتضوا الإسلام دينا؛ ساد بها علماء وشعراء ونحاة في شتى المجالات، ولكنّها تراجعت بحلول الاستعمار الفرنسي الّذي منع أهلها منها كلغة علم وتقاضٍ مستبدلا بها لغته، وانحصر استعمالها في رحاب ضيقة كالزوايا في قراءة القرآن وترديده، لكنّ انبعاث الحركة الوطنية، ومنها جمعية العلماء المسلمين أعادها للواجهة، فأولتها اهتماما؛ فطفق الجزائريون يحيونها كتابة وحديثا، فظهرت الجرائد والمجلات كالبصائر؛ ومع الاستقلال عمل مسؤولوا البلد على تبويئها المكانة اللّائقة بها وجعلها اللّغة الرسمية؛ ولكن لعقبات حالت دونها، فهي تعرف فتورا، لضعف أبنائها مسؤولين وباحثين لِعِلَلٍ شتى، كمزاحمة العاميّة والفرنسية لها في بيئتها فما أسباب ذلك ؟ فلعلّ المقال يفك لغز هذه الإشكالية. Abstract : Classical Arabic is the official language in the constitutions of Arab countries since their independence, it has been known in our country since the dawn of Islam. The people willingly adopted it, making it the language of science and religion, just as they embraced Islam as their faith. Scholars, poets, and grammarians excelled in various fields through it. However, it experienced a decline with the advent of French colonialism, which prohibited its use as a language replacing it with French. Its usage was confined to limited spaces like religious schools where the Quran is recited. but the emergence of the national movement, particularly the Association of Muslim Scholars, it was revived and given importance once again. Algerians began to revive it in writing and speech, leading to the emergence of newspapers and magazines such as "Al-Basair".After independence, the country’s officials worked to restore its rightful place as the official language. However, obstacles remain, leading to a decline in its use, attributed to various factors including the competition from colloquial Arabic and French in its environment. What are the reasons behind this issue? Perhaps the article will solve the mystery of this problem.
