دراسة نقدية لبعض الدراسات السابقة في إطار منهجية تحليلها و دراستها لماهية و طبيعة النظام السياسي الفلسطيني

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل نقدي لمفهوم "النظام السياسي الفلسطيني" . ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تبنت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي في الفلسفة التحليلية و"تحليل الإشكالية المفاهيمية". توصلت الدراسة إلى بعض الأدبيات ناقشت النظام السياسي الفلسطيني وفقاً لآراء سياسية وليس استناداً للنظم السياسية واقتراباته، الى ان الإشكالية عالجت الدراسات الفلسطينية السابقة النظام السياسي الفلسطيني من حيث ماهيته و مكوناته دون الاستناد إلى منهجيات علم النظم السياسية المقارنة؟ The study aims to provide a critical analysis of the concept of the “Palestinian political system.” To achieve this objective, the study adopts the analytical method within analytical philosophy and the approach of “conceptual problem analysis.” The study finds that some of the literature has discussed the Palestinian political system based on political viewpoints rather than on political systems theory and its analytical approaches. Moreover, the study argues that previous Palestinian studies have addressed the Palestinian political system in terms of its nature and components without relying on the methodological frameworks of comparative political systems.
