ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور الذكاء الاصطناعي كقوة دافعة للنمو في القطاع المالي العالمي مع عرض تجربة بنك أوف أميركا. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الذكاء الاصطناعي لا يعد مجرد أداة تقنية، بل يمثل مكونا أساسيا في تحسين التفاعل الرقمي مع العملاء، رفع كفاءة الموظفين، وخفض التكاليف التشغيلية للمؤسسات المالية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الذكاء الإصطناعي؛ المؤسسات المالية؛ بنك أوف أمريكا. Abstract : This study aimed to analyze the role of artificial intelligence as a driving force for growth in the global financial sector, with a focus on the experience of Bank of America. The findings revealed that artificial intelligence is not merely a technical tool, but a fundamental component in enhancing digital interaction with customers, improving employee efficiency, reducing operational costs, and strengthening intellectual property within financial institutions.
