تثمين مخرجات البحث العلمي عبر البيئة الرقمية : الآليات والممارسات

الملخص
جاءت هاته الدراسة لتعريف جمهور الباحثين ومؤسساتهم الأكاديمية بأهم طرق تثمين مخرجات البحث العلمي عبر البيئة الرقمية من خلال تقديم جملة من الآليات والممارسات التي تساهم في رفع مكانة هاته المخرجات وتحقيق مكانتها العلمية الحقيقية، وقد إعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي للتعريف بأهم المنصات الأكاديمية والمواقع المجانية المقترح إستخدامها لضمان أعلى قيمة للمخرجات الأكاديمية مع تقديم أهم الممارسات والمهارات الرقمية للتقيد بها من قبل الباحثين والمؤسسات الأكاديمية . خلصت الدراسة بجملة من التوصيات أبرزها ضرورة أرشفة الباحثين لأعمالهم العلمية ونتائجها عبر منصات التواصل الأكاديمية وحرص المؤسسات الأكاديمية على تثمين وقائع المؤتمرات ونتائجها من خلال أعداد خاصة في مجلات إلكترونية أو كتب جماعية رقمية مع الإستفادة من مميزات وسائل التواصل الإجتماعي لتثمينها أيضا وإتاحة كافة المخرجات البحثية عبر مستودعاتها المؤسساتية دوريا . Abstract : This study aims to introduce the audience of researchers and their academic institutions to the most important ways to value the outputs of scientific research through the digital environment by presenting a set of mechanisms and practices that contribute to raising the status of these outputs and achieving their true scientific status. The study adopted the descriptive approach to identify the most important academic platforms and free websites proposed for use to ensure the highest value for academic outputs, while presenting the most important digital practices and skills to be adhered to by researchers and academic institutions. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which is the necessity for researchers to archive their scientific works and their results through academic communication platforms, and the keenness of academic institutions to value the proceedings of conferences and their results through special issues in electronic journals or digital collective books, while taking advantage of the advantages of social media to value them as well and making all research outputs available through their institutional repositories periodically.
