Abstract
This research paper aims to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of workshop theater, which has become a cornerstone for cultural and artistic institutions to establish and nurture the foundations of sound artistic work. By simulating and adapting global theater laboratory models, these workshops engage all stakeholders in the theater field through various experiments, educational programs, and training frameworks. The experience of the Djelfa Regional Theater stands as a pioneering example of the successful implementation of workshop theater, revitalizing the artistic movement and enriching cultural activities
