التقويم في ظل استراتيجية السؤال والجواب

الملخص
ملخص: تعد تقنية السؤال والجواب مهارة من مهارات التعليم، ونقصد بها في العملية التعليمية التعلمية عنصر التقويم. يرتبط عنصر التقويم ارتباطا وثيقا بأهداف التعليم، به نتخذ القرارات والإجراءات الممكنة لعلاج نقاط الضعف وتعزيز نقاط القوة لتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة. وعليه سنسلط الضوء في بحثنا على طرائق التقويم في العملية التعليمية التعلمية ليتسنى للمعلم معرفة الأدوات الممكن استخدامها في تقويم طلابه، ونذكر منها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، ما يلي: الاختبارات التي تعتبر من طرائق التقويم الشائعة وهي تعطي نتائج كمية عن مستوى الطلاب، والملاحظة وهي تقوم على مراقبة المعلم لتلاميذه في القسم لمعرفة نشاطهم ومشاركاتهم، والمقابلة عن طريق مقابلة المعلم للمتعلمين مباشرة ومعرفة رغباتهم وميولهم ومخاوفهم، بالإضافة إلى الواجبات المنزلية التي يكلّف بها التلاميذ من طرف المعلم للقيام بها في البيت، والتمارين اللغوية بأنواعها التي تساعد في تثبيت القواعد النحوية إضافة إلى معرفة مستوى التلاميذ. كلّ هذه الأشياء تساعد في تحديد مستوى الطالب وتقويمه من جميع النواحي اللغوية والسلوكية والأخلاقية وغير ذلك. Summary: The question-and-answer technique is a teaching skill, and in the teaching-learning process, we mean the assessment element. The assessment element is closely linked to educational objectives. It is used to make decisions and take possible actions to address weaknesses and enhance strengths to achieve the desired goals. Accordingly, our research will highlight assessment methods in the teaching-learning process to enable teachers to understand the tools they can use to evaluate their students. Examples include, but are not limited to, the following: Tests are a common assessment method that provides quantitative results about students' performance. Observation involves teachers observing students in class to gauge their activity and participation. Interviews involve teachers meeting directly with learners to identify their interests, interests, and fears. Homework assignments are also provided by teachers, and various language exercises help reinforce grammatical rules and assess students' performance. All of these methods help determine and evaluate a student's level in all aspects: linguistic, behavioral, ethical, and more.
