This study investigates the impact of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) strategies namely green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green performance management, and green rewards on corporate entrepreneurship in Algerian companies, with proactive environmental strategy as a mediating variable. The objective is to determine how GHRM practices can foster eco-entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability in emerging markets. A mixed-method approach was used. Qualitative data were collected through semi-structured interviews and focus groups with 25 HR managers from 15 Algerian companies across different sectors. Quantitative data were gathered from a survey distributed to 565 managers and employees in SMEs and large enterprises. The findings indicate a significant positive impact of GHRM strategies on entrepreneurship. GHRM strategies are critical for fostering eco-entrepreneurship in Algerian companies.
