Abstract

Abstract: The study addresses entrepreneurial education as a paradigm that replicates manufacture- small workshops serving as the pillar of large-scale factories. It aims to develop a proactive and forward-looking perspective on future job market. Hence, it examines leading international experiences in entrepreneurial education to simulate and benefit from them in shaping effective models, instilling a culture of initiative in young entrepreneurs as a strategic direction for sustainable development. Résumé: L’étude aborde l’éducation entrepreneuriale comme un paradigme inspiré du modèle manufacturier, où les petits ateliers forment la base des grandes usines. Elle vise à développer une vision proactive du marché de l’emploi futur. Ainsi, elle examine des expériences internationales pour en tirer des modèles efficaces, ancrant la culture de l’initiative chez les jeunes comme levier du développement durable.
