Abstract: This research paper aims to highlight the significant importance of the role played by labour law, with its set of regulations and legal rules that govern employment contracts and regulate labour relations between social and economic organizations on one hand, and human resources on the other. Undoubtedly, many legal and sociological scholars refer to labour law as social law, as it represents a regulator to which the parties of employment contracts resort, whether before the worker enters professional life, during it, or even after retirement.
