الملخص

تتناول هذه الدراسة العلمية موضوع الذكاء الاصطناعي باعتباره تقنية حديثة تطورت في عصرنا لتحاكي القدرات الذهنية البشرية، وذلك من خلال بيان لمفهوم الذكاء الاصطناعي وأنواعه وخصائصه وأهميته، والكشف عن أهمية النظر المقاصدي في استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وإبراز المسؤولية الأخلاقية في استغلال هذه التقنيات، وبالنظر للتطور الهائل الذي شهده الذكاء الاصطناعي ودخوله لكل مجالات الحياة فقد دعت الحاجة للبحث في هذا المجال، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الذكاء الاصطناعي بتقنياته المختلفة يلعب دورا مهما في تطوير الحياة الإنسانية، والحكم على استخدام تقنياته ينبني على البعد المقاصدي ومدى تحقيقها للغايات الشرعية، ورغم الجهود المتواصلة لإضفاء عنصر المسؤولية الأخلاقية في توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي إلا أنها لا تزال غير كافية. This scientific study explores artificial intelligence as a modern technology developed in our era to simulate human cognitive abilities. It examines the concept of artificial intelligence, its types, characteristics, and significance while highlighting the importance of a purposeful perspective in utilizing AI technologies and emphasizing the ethical responsibility in their application. Given the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence and its integration into various aspects of life, the need for research in this field has become essential. The study's findings reveal that AI, with its diverse technologies, plays a crucial role in advancing human life, and the ethical judgment of its use depends on its alignment with purposes principles and its ability to achieve legitimate objectives. Despite continuous efforts to incorporate ethical responsibility in the deployment of artificial intelligence technologies, they remain insufficient.
