التأويل الحداثي وأثره في النظريات الأصولية Modernist Interpretation And Its Impact On Fundamentalist Theories

الملخص

يتناول البحث أحد المواضيع ذات الأهمية في الصياغات التجديدية لعلم أصول الفقه، من خلال انتظامه في نظريات تجمع الأصول والقواعد ذات الوحدة الموضوعية، تسهيلا لدراسة وضبط علم الأصول، من خلال بيان حقيقة النظريات الأصولية والوقوف على قراءات الحداثيين ومبادئهم في نقد أسس هذه النظريات وبعض الردود على منهجهم. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن للنظريات الأصولية أهمية بالغة من خلال تسهيل دراسة وضبط المفاهيم الأصولية، وأما التأويل الحداثي فهو منهج يحمل في طياته الثورة على التراث ويسعى لتجريده من قدسيته بهدف بث مناهجه الخاطئة، وهدم أصوله ليبث أفكاره القائمة على العقلانية والتحررية. The research deals with one of the topics of importance in the renewal dyes of the science of jurisprudence, through its regularity in theories that combine principles and rules of objective unity, in order to facilitate the study and control of the science of principles, by stating the truth of the fundamentalist theories and standing on the readings of the modernists and their starting points in criticizing these theories and some responses to their approach. In this study, we relied on the inductive and analytical approach by extrapolating the merits of the topic and analyzing the ideas of the modernists. The study concluded that fundamentalist theories are of great importance in facilitating the study and control of fundamentalist concepts. As for divine interpretation, it is a methodology that carries with in the revolution against heritage and seeks to strip it of sanctity in order to spread its wrong approaches and demolish its origins to inherit, its ideas based on rationality and liberalism.
