الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة تأثير الحوكمة المصرفية على تنافسية القطاع المصرفي الجزائري، ولاختبار هذا الأثر تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان وتوجيهها لعينة من 375 موظف في القطاع المصرفي الجزائري، ثم تم تحليل البيانات المستخرجة باستخدام برنامج SPSS27. لقد توصلت النتائج إلى أن تطبيق الحوكمة المصرفية بشكل فعال يعزز من تنافسية البنوك الجزائرية، وأن تحسين بيئة الحوكمة المصرفية سيؤدي إلى تعزيز قدرة البنوك الجزائرية على المنافسة في الأسواق الإقليمية والدولية. Abstract: This research paper aims to study the impact of banking governance on the competitiveness of the Algerian banking sector, to test this impact, a questionnaire tool was used and directed to a sample of 375 employees in the Algerian banking sector, and the extracted data was analyzed using SPSS 27. The results showed that the effective implementation of banking governance enhances the competitiveness of Algerian banks, and that improving the banking governance environment will strengthen the ability of Algerian banks to compete in regional and international markets.
