المقالات العلمية: مراجعة نقدية لكيفية تقييمها وتوجيهات عامة لكيفية كتابتها

الملخص
ملخص تعتبر المنشورات عموما والمقالات العلمية خصوصا مخرجات مهمة جدا بالنسبة لنشر المعرفة وتصنيف الجامعات وترقية الطلبة والباحثين وتثمين تفاعلهم العلمي. تقدم هذه الورقة البحثية نظرة نقدية لعملية تقييم المقالات العلمية وتوجيهات عامة لكيفية كتابتها، وذلك من خلال مراجعة الأدبيات المتخصصة في هذا المجال. إنها تقترح تصنيفا عاما للمقالات العلمية، كما توضّح مراحل التقييم وبعض نماذجه ومعاملاته ومشكلاته، لتشير في الأخير إلى بعض التوجيهات العامة لكتابة المقالات العلمية ونشرها، وتدعو إلى ضرورة تطوير بدائل تقييمية تجمع بين معايير كمية وكيفية تختلف باختلاف طبيعة الاختصاصات العلمية للفاعلين. Abstract Scientific publications in general and scientific articles in particular are very important outputs for diffusion of knowledge, classification of universities, promotion of students and researchers and valorization of their scientific interaction. This paper provides a critical overview of the process of evaluating scientific articles and general guidelines on how to write them, through a specialized literature review. It presents a general classification of scientific articles, and discuses the phases of its evaluation, and some of its models, factors and problems. Finally, it refers to some general guidelines and advices for writing and publishing scientific articles, , and calls for the need to develop evaluation alternatives with quantitative and qualitative criteria that vary according to the scientific specialties of the actors Keywords: Evaluating scientific articles; Impact factor; scientific articles; Writing scientific articles.
