التهميش الاجتماعي وتنامي ظاهرة العنف الأسري في المجتمع الجزائري

الملخص
يعاني العديد من الشباب الجزائري التهميش الاجتماعي في ظل واقع اقتصادي صعب، ناتج عن سيرورة تاريخية مر بها المجتمع الجزائري منذ الاستقلال، حيث عمد معظم أفراده على النزوح من الريف إلى المدينة تاركين الأراضي الزراعية لينتقلوا للعيش على حواشي المدينة في الأحياء القصديرية والأحياء الفوضوية ، بالإضافة إلى فشل الاستراتجيات الاقتصادية التي تبنتها البلاد، وما عاقبها من أزمات سياسية خلال العشرية السوداء التي عاشتها البلاد وانعكاساتها على الجانبين (الاقتصادي - الاجتماعي) ، ومن فترة الأزمة الصحية العالمية لـ كوفيد 19، وأثارها السلبية على المستوى الاقتصادي للبلاد، مما زاد من تدهور الوضع الاجتماعي للفرد الجزائري وتدني مستواه المعيشي، كان الضغط كبير على الأسرة الجزائرية في غياب البنى التحتية واهم متطلبات العيش الكريم (كالسكن،طرقات معبدة،إنارة للطرقات،الخدمات صحية...) تكمن أهمية هذه المداخلة في تفسير أسباب وخلفية تنامي ظاهرة العنف الأسري، والتركيز على الانعكاسات السلبية للظروف الاجتماعية التي يعيشها المجتمع الجزائري وعلاقتها بالتهميش الاجتماعي. Many Algerian youth suffer from social marginalization in light of a difficult economic reality resulting from a historical process that Algerian society has gone through since independence, as most of its members decided to migrate from the countryside to the city, leaving agricultural lands to move to live on the outskirts of the city in the shantytowns and neighborhoods. In addition to the failure of the economic strategies adopted by the country, and the resulting political crises during the dark decade that the country experienced and their repercussions on both sides (economic - social), and during the period of the global health crisis of Covid-19, and its negative effects on the country’s economic level, which further deteriorated the situation. The social situation of the Algerian individual and his low standard of living. There was great pressure on the Algerian family in the absence of infrastructure and the most important requirements for a decent living (such as housing - paved roads - street lighting - health services...) The importance of this intervention lies in explaining the causes and background of the growing phenomenon of domestic violence, and focusing on the negative repercussions of the social conditions experienced by Algerian society and their relationship to social marginalization.
