حاضنات الجامعة ودورها في دعم مشاريع المقاولاتية -المقاولة الخضراء أنموذجا-

الملخص
إن انتقال الجزائر إلى اقتصاد السوق كغيرها من الدول، قد زاد من اهتمام الدولة بمجال تنمية المورد البشري وخاصة الشباب ذوي الكفاءات والشهادات العلمية من خلال منح الثقة والتسهيلات لهذه الفئة وإدماجها في المخططات التنموية لتساهم في تلبية احتياجات السوق والمستهلك وتخفيف من البطالة، وكذلك القيام بدراسات علمية لتنمية روح المقاولاتية وتوعية الشباب والطلبة خاصة قبل التخرج وتدريبهم لخلق أفق من التفكير الايجابي والإبداعي وخاصة نحو خلق المشاريع المقاولاتية الخضراء ، وإنشاء حاضنات الأعمال وتطويرها للتأهيل وتزويدهم بالمعدات والأدوات اللازمة من تمويل وتسويق، ومتابعتهم حتى يكون إنجاح المشروع المقاولاتي والحد من معدلات الفشل الاقتصادي. Algeria's transition to a market economy, like other countries, has increased the state's interest in the field of human resource development, especially young people with competencies and academic degrees, by granting confidence and facilities to this group and integrating them into development plans to contribute to meeting the needs of the market and the consumer and reducing unemployment, as well as conducting scientific studies. To develop the spirit of entrepreneurship and educate young people and students, especially before graduation, and train them to create a horizon of positive and creative thinking, especially towards creating green entrepreneurship projects, and to create and develop business incubators to qualify young people and provide them with the necessary equipment and tools ,as financing and marketing, and follow up on them so that the entrepreneurship project is successful and failure rates are reduced.
