دور مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي في التخفيف من سلوك التنمر

الملخص
يعتبر الاستقواء شكلا من أشكال السلوك العدواني ويحدث بصورة متكررة من المتنمر الذي يظهر اعتداءه بأشكال مختلفة على الضحية أو المتنمر عليه، وقد انتشر في الوسط المدرسي ويحدث في المراحل الدراسية المختلفة، فتهدف دراستنا الحالية إلى معرفة ما إذا كان لمستشار التوجيه دورا إيجابيا في التخفيف من سلوك التنمر، حيث اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وباستخدام أداة الدراسة المصممة من طرف الباحثين، طبقت على عينة قوامها 50 مستشار التوجيه. توصلت دراستنا إلى النتائج التالية: لمستشار التوجيه دور إيجابي في التخفيف من سلوك التنمر، خاصة في مجال الإعلام الوقائي، في حين توصلت الدراسة إلى غياب دوره في متابعة هذه الحالات وغياب تقديمه للحصص الإرشادية للتخفيف من سلوك التنمر، وقد أوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تدريب مستشاري التوجيه وتفعيل دورهم في إعداد الحصص الإرشادية ومتابعة حالات التنمر. Bullying constitutes a manifestation of aggressive behavior that is recurrently perpetrated by an individual identified as a bully, who seemingly inflicts harm upon the victim through various modalities. This phenomenon has proliferated within educational settings and manifests across diverse educational strata. The objective of the present study is to ascertain whether the guidance counselor exerts a beneficial influence in mitigating bullying behavior. Employing a descriptive analytical methodology, and utilizing a research instrument formulated by the investigators, the study was conducted on a cohort of 39 guidance counselors. The findings of the present study indicate that the guidance counselor plays a constructive role in alleviating bullying behavior, particularly within the domain of preventive media; however, the investigation also revealed a deficiency in the guidance counselor's capacity to monitor these instances and a lack of provision of counseling sessions aimed at curtailing bullying behavior. Consequently, the study advocates for the necessity of training guidance counselors and enhancing their engagement in the organization of counseling sessions as well as in the oversight of bullying cases
