الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثة إلى تقييم فعالية دور السلطة العليا في الوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته، بالتركيز على مظاهر فعاليتها والتحديات التي قد تعترضها في سبيل آداء مهامها، حيث تبين رغم وجود قوانين تهدف إلى تعزيز دور السلطة العليا في مكافحة الفساد، إلا أن فعاليتها تعتمد بشكل كبير على مدى تطبيقها وتنفيذها بجدية. This research paper aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the supreme authority's role in preventing and combating corruption, focusing on its effectiveness and the challenges it may face in carrying out its duties. It shows that despite the existence of laws aimed at strengthening the role of the supreme authority in combating corruption, their effectiveness depends largely on the extent of their diligent application and implementation.
