الملخص
سنسعى من خلال هذا المقال المعنون بالرومنة الزراعية الزراعية للأراضي المغاربية-نظرة إلى الأسباب والنتائج-إلى إبراز مختلف التعريفات والآراء حول هذه السياسة، بالإضافة إلى أهم الأسباب التي دفعت السلطات الرومانية إلى فرض هذه السياسة الزراعية على بلاد المغرب القديم، بالإضافة إلى الاستراتيجيات والوسائل المستخدمة في ذلك، والنتائج المترتبة عن هذه الرومنة، لنخلص في الأخير إلى جملة من النتائج التي لعل أبرزها، غنى بلاد المغرب القديم جعلها محل أطماع روما لفرض هذه السياسة الجائرة في حق المنطقة حيث عملت من خلالها على الاستغلال الأمثل لخيراتها، كما أن الرومنة الزراعية كان لها تأثير سلبي على الإنسان والحيوان والبيئة، بقية آثارها إلى يومنا هذا. Through this article entitled the agricultural Romanization of the Maghreb lands-a look at the causes and consequences-we will seek to highlight the various definitions and opinions about this policy, in addition to the most important reasons that prompted the Roman authorities to impose this agricultural policy on the ancient Maghreb, in addition to the strategies and means used in this, and the consequences of this Romanization, to finally conclude a set of results, perhaps the most prominent, the richness of the ancient Maghreb made it the object of Rome's ambitions to impose this unjust policy on the region, through which it worked to optimize the exploitation of its for humans and animals And the environment, its effects remain to this day.
