الملخص
سنتطرق في هذا البحث المعنون بالتغير المناخي في بلاد المغرب القديم خلال الفترة الرومانية(بين الحقيقة والافتراض)، إلى مختلف النظريات المفسرة لهذه الظاهرة، والتي بودرها انقسمت لثلاث أقسام: الأولى تتحدث عن تغير جذري وكامل للمناخ، أم الثانية فهي تتطرق إلى التغير النسبي، والثالثة محايدة وتدعو للمزيد من البحث والتحري قصد الوصول إلى الحقيقة وعدم التسرع في إصدار الأحكام المسبقة، كما سندعم هذا البحث بمجموعة من المصادر المادية والأدبية التي تبرز وتؤكد لنا على حدوث هذا التحول المناخي، وسنعرج أيضا إلى الأسباب الأساسية التي أدت إلى هذا التغيير، حيث أكدت معظم البحوث والدراسات العلمية على أن الإنسان هو المتسبب الأول والأخير في هذا الشأن، وفي الأخير تم إدراج مجموعة من النتائج المترتبة عن التغير المناخي ببلاد المغرب القديم خلال الفترة الرومانية، سواء في المجال البيئي، المجال الاقتصادي، الاجتماعي وحتى السياسي، لنخلص في الأخير إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات التي انبثقت من خلال هذا البحث، ولا بد من الإشارة هنا إلى أن هذا الموضوع كان ولا يزال محل بحث كبير لدى الباحثين كونه موضوع العصر وذلك لما نعيشه حاليا من مختلف التحولات المناخية التي أثرت سلبا على الإنسان والحيوان والبيئة. In this research entitled Climate Change in the ancient Maghreb during the Roman period(between fact and assumption), we will discuss the various theories explaining this phenomenon, which are divided into three sections: The first speaks of a radical and complete change of the climate, or the second, it touches on the relative change, and the third is neutral and calls for more research and investigation in order to reach the truth and not rush to make prejudices, and we will also support this research with a set of material and literary sources that highlight and confirm to us the occurrence of this climate transformation, and we will also limp to the main reasons that led to this change, as most scientific research and studies have confirmed that man is the first and last cause in this regard, and finally a set of consequences of climate change in the ancient Maghreb during the Roman period, whether in the environmental sphere, the economic sphere، It should be noted here that this topic has been and continues to be the subject of great research by researchers as it is the subject of the times, because we are currently experiencing various climatic transformations that have negatively affected humans, animals and the environment.
