السيكوباثولوجيا المهنية: استكشاف أعماق النفس البشرية في بيئات العمل

الملخص
تتناول هذه الورقة العلمية مدخلًا لدراسة السيكوباثولوجيا المهنية وأهميتها في الفهم العلمي لطبيعة العمل وتأثيراته على الصحة النفسية للعاملين، سواء أثناء فترة العمل أو بعد التقاعد، يشكل هذا المدخل مجالًا بالغ الأهمية، خاصة لأخصائي علم النفس، إذ يمكنهم من فهم الظروف التي تؤدي إلى حدوث خلل واضطرابات نفسية في بيئة العمل المهنية، إن الفهم العميق لهذه الأوضاع يسهم في التشخيص السليم للمشكلات النفسية والأعراض التي قد تنشأ، وبالتالي يؤدي إلى تحديد الاضطرابات النفسية المهنية بدقة أكبر، وقد اعتمد الباحث في هذه الورقة على العديد من المواضيع العلمية والدراسات النفسية التي شكلت جانبا محوريا في الطرح العلمي لهذا المدخل خاصة المقاربات النفسية، والاطر النظرية التي اعتمد عليها هذا المجال المهم والتناول المنهجي بالتسلل الفكري لبدايات ظهوره الى التفصيل والتحليل في محتواه الفكري بفضل جهود الباحثين والمفكرين في علم النفس. Abstract: This scientific paper presents an introduction to the study of occupational psychopathology and its significance in the scientific understanding of the nature of work and its impact on the mental health of workers, both during their employment and after retirement. This approach is of paramount importance, especially for psychology specialists, as it enables them to comprehend the conditions that lead to psychological disturbances and disorders in the professional work environment. A deep understanding of these conditions contributes to the accurate diagnosis of psychological problems and symptoms that may arise, thus leading to a more precise identification of occupational mental disorders. In this paper, the researcher relied on various scientific topics and psychological studies, which formed a pivotal part of the scientific discussion of this approach. Particularly, the psychological frameworks and theoretical structures that underpin this important field, as well as the methodological approach that traces the intellectual development of the subject from its origins to its detailed analysis, are highlighted, thanks to the efforts of researchers and thinkers in the field of psychology
