الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مدى مساهمة البلدية في دعم المرافق التربوية بالجزائر، من خلال دراسة ميدانية على عينة من المدارس الابتدائية لبلدية المسيلة، ولتحقيق ذلك فقد تم تناول بعض المفاهيم الأساسية المتعلقة بأدوار البلدية و أهم أوجه الدعم لتحقيق تلك الأدوار، حيث تم اعتماد ثلاثة أبعاد أساسية و المتمثلة (تسيير المطاعم، توفير وسائل النقل، الإنجاز والتجهيز). تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي وبإستخدام أداة الاستبيان على عينة متكونة من 60 فرد (المدير، مساعد المدير)، وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS.V28، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن البلدية تساهم وبدرجة عالية في دعم المدارس الابتدائية ببلدية المسيلة من خلال تسيير المطاعم وتوفير وسائل النقل و الإنجاز والتجهيز. This study aims to assess the extent of the municipality's contribution to supporting educational facilities in Algeria through a field study on a sample of primary schools in M'sila. They discussed the municipality's roles and the most important types of help to do them. We selected three primary areas: restaurants management, transportation provision, and achievement and equipment. The descriptive method was used with a questionnaire on a group of 60 people (the principal and the assistant principal), and the SPSS.V28 statistical program was used for the statistical processing. The study results concluded that the municipality contributes significantly to supporting primary schools in the M'sila municipality through the management of restaurants, provision of transportation, and achievement and equipment.
